Joie de Vivre at the 2015 Street of Dreams
Brian Schmidt Building is honored to have been chosen to build a home for the 2015 Street of Dreams in Lake Oswego. This home’s name “Joie de Vivre,” is fitting, as it means “Joy of Life.” We are confident that the owners will feel a genuine sense of joy every time they open the door to enter their brand-new, modern, custom home.
A team of professionals with decades of experience joined us to work on this unique project, including: Mike Barclay of Barclay Home Designs, as well as Ronda Divers and Amelia Safley of Ronda Divers Interiors, who brought some of the finest lighting and high-tech home automation in the industry to this special project. The European company Reynaers provided the oversized windows, which reach from the floor to the ceiling; this element allows for stunning views of Mount Hood and exceptional natural light from within this 5,736-square-foot home. This particular collaboration marks this company’s initial entry into the American market, and we’re excited to be a part of it.
