Custom Home Builder and Remodeler in Lake Oswego, Oregon

“Many thanks for the beautiful work and a fantastic crew. We’re grateful for all the attention to detail throughout the process, and are so happy with how it turned out.”

“I worked with Brian on a full basement and master bath remodel. He did a great job not only on the project but also interfacing with my family and coordinating with our schedule since we were living at the house during the remodel. It has been a year now since the project finished and we couldn’t be more pleased. I don’t hesitate to refer Brian for remodel and custom home work to my friends and business associates.”

“Brian Schmidt has exceeded all our expectations as a builder. He was able to capture the vision for the home and then make sure that every detail was covered in the building process. There were never problems without solutions. Brian always had a positive attitude, was generous with his time, conscious of our budget and a team player. He always was available to have discussions with us about the home which reduced stress during the process. Ultimately Brian built an even better home that we had envisioned. Thank you Brian!”

“Brian did a great job of helping us to refine our ideas and then turn them into a reality. We are so happy with the transformation his team of professional craftspeople brought to our home. He is super-responsive and it has been a pleasure to work with him.”

“Brian was incredible to work with. One of the things we appreciated most was his frequent communication throughout the project. We always knew exactly what was happening on our kitchen remodel, when to expect his subs (who were always on time, by the way), and the associated costs. No surprises, which was very appreciated. He struck a balance between suggesting upgrades that would enhance the final outcome, while being realistic about what we could/should do to remain budget conscious. He is a professional in every sense and we look forward to working with him on future projects.”
