Common Questions
What does it cost to build a custom home here?
It varies widely, because the lot drives a lot of it. A steep, treed site in the West Hills carries site development costs that a flat lot in Wilsonville does not. We will give you a real, representative number for your specific property early, rather than a low one designed to win the project.
How long does it take?
It depends on the design, the lot and the jurisdiction, and permitting timelines vary a good deal around the metro. We map out a realistic schedule before construction starts, and you get consistent updates throughout.
Do I need to own the lot first?
No. Bringing us in to walk a property before you buy it is the cheapest moment to find out what a site will actually cost to build on.
Will you work with my architect and designer?
Yes, and we prefer to be involved early alongside them. That is how expensive problems get solved on paper instead of in the field.
